- Wet your whole body with water, then rub a pumice stone to the area of the foot which tends to be most dry and rough, like the soles of the feet and heels.
- Pour or grab onto a body scrub or loofah gloves and rub the body with a circular motion slowly beginning of the end of the foot, pointing upward.
- Use a body brush to slough off the skin of the difficult to reach, such as back or neck.
- After the peeling process is complete, rinse the skin with warm water, and use liquid soap to soften and clean up the remnants of scrub.
- Dry the body with a towel, then apply body lotion to the entire body. Body lotion containing alpha or beta hydroxy acids more effectively remove dead skin cells after the peeling process.
Special tips:
Select a body scrub containing mineral salts, sugar, almod, walnuts or seeds. Exfoliation is done at least 1-2 weeks, but for dry or sensitive skin should not be too often.
