The problem with diets is that they don’t factor in various body types. Every person is different, with a different metabolism. So, what’s needed is a customised solution for you. Decide which area of your body needs working on and make an educated decision. Are you aiming for a more sculpted body? Would you like to detox your system? Here are some natural weight loss options that won’t put you under the knife and are 100% painless and effective.
Regular exercise combined with non surgical procedures like infra red energy, magnetic therapy, vacuum pump massage, light and electricity treatment and lymphatic drainage will help you lose weight and get a toned body.
Infra Red (IR) Energy is electromagnetic radiation that gives out heat to a body part. The radiation stimulates the surface of the body and heats it through a process of conversion. This helps in strengthening blood circulation, while providing nutrition to the tissues. IR rays are used to sculpt the treated area by consuming energy which leads to fat burn and weight reduction. There are Infra Red heating pads, body shaping blankets and lamps available in the market.
Magnetic therapy promotes the removal of substances that induce pain, leading to a decrease in pain. The magnetic field also helps in improving blood circulation, decreasing muscle tensity, spasm and inflammation.
Light therapy or phototherapy treats skin conditions by exposing it to artificial light wavelengths. It is effective in body slimming, treating acne vulgaris, vitiligo, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), depression and neonatal jaundice. Each light color produces a different effect. Red light stimulates and revitalizes the skin tissue, improves blood circulation, removes wrinkles and acne spots. Yellow light stimulates the nerves and revitalizes the skin and digestion. Blue light makes you feel cool and refreshed, reduces blood pressure and tightens the skin. And the green light has a positive effect on anxiety and depression while improving the body’s gland function.
Lymphatic Drainage therapy promotes a healthy lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is essentially a network of vessels and ducts that remove toxins from the body. This therapy ensures a free flowing lymphatic system by using electrodes that send gentle pulses to stimulate the lower half of the body.
Vacuum therapy uses a vacuum pump to gently apply suction that treats cellulite deposits. Cellulite is those horrible lumps usually found on the stomach, thighs and buttocks. It’s basically a collection of fatty deposits that are most embarrassing, especially when you’re in a swim suit! This therapy also unblocks the lymph nodes, tones the muscles and stimulates blood circulation. Vacuum lymphatic equipment is available in the market.
Light and Electricity treatment is used to stimulate acupuncture points, improve blood circulation, activate body parts with bad lymphatic circulation and eliminate toxins.
So now that you know your options weigh the benefits and chose the right solution for yourself! All the best!

That question is purely objective.
One guy's opinion will vary to another.
Some guys like thin girls, some like heavyset girls, and some have a preference for the many different shapes and sizes of girls in between.
Why not try asking the boy (if there is someone you like–I'm assuming that's why you're asking such a question…?) yourself, instead of making generalizations?
They do it so easily! :O
0:31 ..im sorry, but that’s pretty funny lol
you need to combine cardio with toning/weight training moves. try alternating jumping jacks/walking/jogging/jump rope etc, with bouts of squats using weights. if you do a squat properly, especially with weights added..it really tones the areas you are interested in toning…but you have to burn calories with the cardio too in order to melt the layer of fat over those muscles for them to show through!
the reps/days per week mostly depends on your condition. if you are used to exercising i would do this every day at least some, or go all out at least 3 times a week… i usually start new moves at about 3 sets of 20 reps. if you're sore the next day… drink lots of water and drop it down in weight or reps for a few days and then start working it up little by little. if you're in good shape it'd pretty hard to do too many squats.
