It looks like it would help you lose some weight, also try no drink anything but water, sodas and drink high on sugars are real bad 4 u n they don't help at all when u r trying 2 lose weight, also don't eat anything latter than 8:00 pm that help me out a lot, i lose 10 pounds in about 20-25 days, don't give me wrong i was eating good n almost anything, the only thing is that i was doing it early, so my last meal was at 7-8 pm. n that works cuz it bust ur metabolism

1. Cardio for at least 30 mins per session, 4-5 times per week, to hike up your metabolism to higher levels so you're better able to burn off excess fat from your entire body (that means fat from your thighs too….), to lose weight
