Jessica Biel belongs to Hollywood’s sexiest women. Her diet regimen is not special. To her fans and followers, she shares her slimming secrets: to eat three sensible meals and three healthy snacks a day for six weeks. The six meals are designed to fire up the metabolism to burn off more calories while feeling full all throughout the day. On the seventh day (which you can choose which day) is a reward day. The following are her menu sample.

1. Breakfast - This meal starts up the day and fuels the metabolism. Jessica’s selections include:

a. Oatmeal prepared with skim milk and diced apple and pinch of cinnamon and a glass of orange juice.

b. Slice of whole-wheat toast topped with one small size of canned sardines in tomato sauce and a glass of an apple juice.

c. Omelet prepared with three egg whites filled with tomatoes and a glass of grapefruit juice.

2. Mid-morning snack – Jessica’s choices include a handful or unsalted almond or a piece of banana fruit.

3. Lunch meal – Consists of:

a. Four ounces of lean chicken with a handful of whole-wheat pasta and thoroughly chopped vegetable combination. One-half of a baked potato with tuna and corn to be served with green vegetable salad that used lemon and olive oil dressing.

b. Mixed salad of beans derived from 14 ounce-can of mixed beans, celery, sliced peppers, grated carrots dressed with lemon and olive oil.

4.  Mid-afternoon snack - Biel chooses a tablespoon combination of seeds such as sesame, pumpkin, or sunflower and a piece of any fruit to serve the afternoon snack.

5. Dinner – Jessica’s choices are:

a. Small-sized grilled lean pork steak sided with roasted vegetables, fruit salad with 3 teaspoons of low-fat cream, 4 ounces of diced lean meat or Quorn sided with stir-fried vegetables and whole-wheat noodles or brown rice.

6. Evening snack – two slices of whole-grain crisp breads or oatcakes with hummus and a glass of any fruit juice.

Apart from this eating style, Biel recommends performing regular exercise three times a week for half an hour per session. Jessica’s personal trainer reveals that Biel works out 6 days a week alternating with body and cardio workout. For three days, she focuses on muscle development and toning with lunges, crunches, squats, core work, and lightweight with high reps to work on shoulders, triceps, and biceps. The other three days concentrate on cardio exercise.

    I went to a Sybaritic Spa seminar and they recommended wrapping in cellophane. You can use saran wrap. Due to the width of the saran wrap, you can cut it in half to speed up the application.

    Start at the ankles, wrapping around and working your way up. Overlap the wrap covering up the center of your previous wrap. Make sure the pressure of the wrap does not impede your circulation.
