I went to a Sybaritic Spa seminar and they recommended wrapping in cellophane. You can use saran wrap. Due to the width of the saran wrap, you can cut it in half to speed up the application.
Start at the ankles, wrapping around and working your way up. Overlap the wrap covering up the center of your previous wrap. Make sure the pressure of the wrap does not impede your circulation.
Check this link for more details on wrapping. I hope this helps.

Hi, cardio activities and target exercises are your best bet to slim your thighs and hip! You will want to make sure you do a good (30 minute minimum) cardio workout every day for weight loss or toning (3 times a week is sufficient to maintain health). Activities that use the large leg muscles burn the most calories. These activities also tone the lower body quite effectively. Think in terms of power walking, jogging, biking, skating, swimming laps, jumping rope, dancing, racquetball, and jumping jacks. To make sure that you're burning fat, you need to be sweating and huffing and puffing. In addition, do some good stretches and some strength training. These target exercises can be done at home without special equipment:

HOLY CRAP! Comparing this to the original picture, they’re identical!
hmm I don't know about a clay one, but I use a seaweed one on my clients. you usually just buy a powder and then mix it with water
you need a professional license (esthetician, cosmetologist, etc.) to get a lot of the products but you can buy some on massage supply websites like http://www.massagewarehouse.com or http://www.massageking.com/
